Home Style Pork Adobo  (Dry & Sauce Version) (2022 0517)

Ingridents:

600g Pork Belly, Cube

1tbsp Cooking Oil

3clove Garlic, chopped

1pc Shallot, sliced

5pcs Bay Leaves

2Tbsp White Vinegar

80ml Light Soya Sauce

1/2tsp Dark Soya Sauce

5pcs Black Pepper Corn

200ml Water

1tsp Sugar

Salt to Taste

 

Method:

Sliced Pork Belly into cubed

Marinate the pork with garlic and light soya sauce

Put in the pork and brown it, during browning add in dark soya sauce (Option)



Add in water and marinated Water cover and braised until water almost evaporated


Adjusted seasoning with Soya Sauce, sugar, Salt and continuous braising


Until sauce is evaporated and meat is dry up for Dry Version, ready to serve
